We offer virtual telehealth and in-home visits for SIMPLE childhood illnesses and injuries. We are also available for consultation and medical advice for various parental concerns. We are here to evaluate, diagnose, and treat your children from the comfort of your home. We provide prescriptions and school excuses as needed.

The cost of a virtual visit is $50.
If you are in the South Shreveport or the Stonewall area we also offer in-home visits for evaluation and rapid testing as needed.
The cost of an in-home visit is $100.

Micah Pilcher, CPNP-PC is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who is dedicated to providing high quality healthcare to her patients.
Micah graduated from nursing school in 2007. She worked as an RN in the NICU taking care of premature babies. She then went on to nurse practitioner school, graduating in 2012. Since becoming a P

Micah graduated from nursing school in 2007. She worked as an RN in the NICU taking care of premature babies. She then went on to nurse practitioner school, graduating in 2012. Since becoming a Pediatric NP she has worked with kids in the primary care setting and also in school clinics.
In her spare time she likes spending time with her husband and 3 girls on their family farm in Grand Cane, LA. Since becoming a PNP Micah feels blessed to get to do something she loves everyday.
