We are here to evaluate, diagnose, and treat your children from the comfort of your home. We provide prescriptions and school excuses as needed.

The cost of a virtual visit is $50.
If you are in the South Shreveport or the Stonewall area we also offer in-home visits for evaluation and rapid testing as needed.

Micah Pilcher, CPNP-PC, is a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing top-notch care to children and families. A proud NICU nurse turned PNP, Micah has been caring for little ones since 2007, first as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and then as a Pediatric Nurse Practiti
Micah Pilcher, CPNP-PC, is a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing top-notch care to children and families. A proud NICU nurse turned PNP, Micah has been caring for little ones since 2007, first as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and then as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner after earning her advanced degree in 2012.
With experience in both primary care and school-based clinics, Micah brings a calm, nurturing approach to every visit—meeting kids where they are and helping them grow up healthy and strong.
Outside the clinic, Micah loves life on her family’s farm in Grand Cane, LA, where she and her husband are raising their three daughters. She considers it a true blessing to combine her love for children with a career that allows her to make a lasting difference every day.
