A telehealth visit allows a provider to evaluate and treat your child from the comfort of your home. This visit is done through a secure video platform.

You can use any computer, tablet, or smartphone that has a web camera and video capability. 

Tools are helpful but NOT REQUIRED!

• Thermometer
• Scale
• Heart rate and oxygen saturation monitor
• Otoscope with camera

At Home Kids Health can see any child from birth to 21 years old that is in the state of Louisiana or Florida at the time of service.

At Home Kids Health is here to treat all your SIMPLE sick needs and injuries, such as:

• Cold symptoms
• rashes
• insect bites
• skin infections
• fever
• vomiting/diarrhea
• constipation
• pink eye
• allergies
• minor cut/scrapes
• ear pain
• sore throat

We recommend an in-home visit for symptoms that require rapid lab tests. 

*We are also available for well child visits and sports physicals. 

During an In-home visit we offer the following rapid lab tests:

• Flu
• Strep
• Covid
• Mono
• RSV
• Urinalysis

We are also able to order a variety of labs through Fullscript and Quest.

No, At Home Kids Health does not take insurance.  You will receive an invoice after your visit and you may be able to submit it to your insurance company.  We suggest checking with your insurance company prior to your appointment if this is something you are wanting to get reimbursed for.

We accept all major credit cards and HSA cards.

YES!  If more than 1 of your children needs to be seen during a telehealth or in-home visit each additional child will receive a 50% off discount for the visit (no discount on lab tests).
